Jimmy Choo, in partnership with the French house Mugler, has released an exclusive capsule collection of shoes and boots designed by the creative directors of both brands, Sandra Choi and Casey Cadwallader.
Inspired by the history of the French house Mugler and the legacy of Jimmy Choo, with a strong influence from 21st-century trends, the collection was created as a collaborative effort between the creative directors. The key themes of the collaboration are risk-taking and empowerment. This creative tandem has resulted in a unique hybrid of two distinct aesthetics, where footwear is not just an accessory or the finishing touch to an outfit but a work of art in itself.
Classic silhouettes: a 10-centimeter heel with a sculptural architectural shape and a graphic, angular base. The designs are elongated and sharp, with the main focus on the feet and the body as a whole.
Color palette: black and nude, neon yellow, silver, and gold. All attention is on the body, framed with seams, chains, thin leather straps, and mesh inserts. A celebration of femininity in all its forms and manifestations, the collection offers a wide range of sizes, from 35 to 45.
The collection will be available for purchase both in selected stores worldwide and online starting spring 2022.
